Newsletter popup
Setup a newsletter signup popup to capture email addresses.
Steps:
In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Customize to open the theme editor.
In the left sidebar, locate and select the Newsletter popup section under Popups.
If this section is not already added, click Add section and add Newsletter popup.
Toggle Enable newsletter to activate the newsletter popup.
(Optional) Enable Test mode to keep the popup visible during customization for easy adjustments.
If you want the popup to only appear on the homepage, check Show on homepage only.
Adjust the Delay slider to set how many seconds pass before the popup appears after a visitor arrives on your site.
Set the Frequency slider to control how many days should pass before the popup appears again for returning visitors.
To add an image:
Click Select image under the Image section.
Choose an image from your library or upload a new one from your device.
Choose the Popup position.
Set Content alignment based on your preferred style.
Customize the popup text content:
Select Caption to add a brief introductory line.
Select Heading to set the main title.
Select Description to add a brief description encouraging users to subscribe.
Select Newsletter Form to edit the form fields and button text.
When all updates are complete, click Save to apply the changes.
