Logo Setup

Follow these steps to set up either an image or text logo for your store.

1. Logo Theme Settings

Navigate to the logo settings to personalize your store’s branding.

Steps:

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.

2. Next to your active theme, click Customize.

3. In the theme editor’s left sidebar, click the gear icon.

4. Navigate to Theme settings > Logo.

2. Image Logo

Upload a custom logo image that represents your brand.

Steps:

1. Under Logo, click Select image.

2. In the image selection window, click Upload image.

3. Browse your computer, select the logo file, and click Open.

4. Wait for the image to upload.

5. Click Done.

6. Wait for the image to appear as the logo.

7. Click Save.

8. To Crop the Logo click on your uploaded logo image.

9. In the logo editor, select Crop and transform.

10. Choose the desired crop and transformation ratio Freeform.

11. Adjust the crop manually to fit your logo’s shape.

12. Click Apply once you are satisfied with the crop.

13. Click Save.

14. (Optional) Adjust the Desktop logo width to resize the logo for desktop.

15. Click Save to apply your image logo settings.

3. Text Logo

If you prefer a text-based logo, customize it with your store name and style options.

Steps:

1. In the Custom text logo field, enter your store name or desired text.

2. Use the formatting options to style the text (bold, italics, link).

3. Adjust Logo font size desktop and Logo font size mobile sliders to control the text size on different devices.

4. Click Save to apply your text logo settings.

4. Favicon

Add a favicon to display in the browser tab for your store.

Steps:

1. Under Favicon image, click Select image.

2. In the image selection window, click Add image.

3. Browse your computer, select a 32x32 px favicon file, and click Open.

4. Wait for the image to upload, and it will be set as the favicon.

5. Click Save to apply your favicon settings.
